I expect to see at least a couple other bolters at the Fairgrounds this weekend for the Model A Club swap meet. Who else is going, when do you think you'll be there, and shoule we all try to meet up?

What better way to solve the worlds problems than stove bolters standing around yacking.

See you there!

Jake...

I spent two hours there....my big purchase.....1 hubcap. Total price $1.00.

As I walked in the front gate, a guy walked out carrying a nice set of doors that would fit my truck. I could not find out who was selling items of my vintage. I never did find one piece for a 41-46...other than an engine and tranny...did not need those.

I saw some stuff for you as well as the AD stuff for mine. I found a spare tire carrier, a couple things of sandpaper and a dark green 1/18 scale model of a 53 just like mine will someday look.

What time did you go?

By the way, new fulltime job starts 11/1, so if you want to stop by, you may need to keep that in mind.

I had soccer detail until 1130. Got to the swap at 12:45. Not many folks left shopping. Many of the vendors were packing up by 2:00. I did see some fine AD items. Lesson learned today...start at the back. I think I missed some of the sellers that brought the good stuff. The ones in it for a biz seemed to be the only ones left.

I will have to E-mail you for a time to stop by.
