after an evening in the hillbilly garage i may have come to a sort of end of things---and faced some reality. i have too much junk. i spend more time looking for things than i spend using them. i have collected set after set of tools, and despite having a pretty good sizes roll around tool chest, i still can't fit everything into it. what is left is a conglomeration of boxes, and buckets of different tools. for some reason i have 3 complete sets of hole saws, and god knows how many sets of end wrenchs and sockets. then there's the "projects" that just set. there's the 1967 honda c.b. 160. 10,000 actual miles. i was gonna fix that one up. the truth is, there isn't enough time, and i don't have the money. so it sets. all the racing crap that was gonna be "collector" items. well, it got collected----by me! now it's stuff in the way. i filled 3 trash cans tonight, and didn't make a dent. i can see a sale in the future, and stuff will go cheap. what i want to see is alittle more concrete and alot less junk. for what it's worth, for the first time, i'm really looking at the 51 cabover. i plan, and collect stuff for it. but there is never time. of all the things i suppose i will get rid of, that will be last, but i'm thinking it's not exempt.

maybe one day i can find what i want, when i want it.

that would be different!

Be sure to let us know when the sale is. I can still see a little concrete when the wife's truck is out of the garage...

Ok Gang I have seen Mighty Warrior's Hillbilly garage it is a nice shop for what he has done and how he did it. Junk!!! I saw many treasures, but that was in ol pops eyes.

The 51 is a cool ol truck just needs lots of love, not helping "kool" (which I would) but giving you another view from a man that loves tools and trucks.

popcorn The Truth is Out There (Sell motorcycle, keep truck get busy) Oh wait that sounds like me!

yeah sellin' the truck would be a heartbreaker. i really hated parting with the 50. the thing is, after the last year, and everything that has happened, i just keep looking at everything differently. i'm so far behind now i think i'm in first place. i know i have a 4 inch hole saw some place----but where? i ain't gonna spend 25 bucks for a new one, but can't find the one i have. i guess i need to start looking for something else so i can find what i wanted. just too much stuff.
