For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 1,745 Member | | Member Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 1,745 | There are truck discussions and then there is small talk. Both can be pleasant. Many people want both on this forum. If you don't, it is pretty easy to judge what a thread is going to be about by the title. That is why they call it a "title". If you don't like the title, don't click on the thread. But, it seems like some people want things their own way so much that they will whine and complain every time they can. or worse yet, purposely post to these threads and try to make them go to outlawed subjects like religion and politics. If you don't want off topic subjects, just don't click. If you are about to post an off topic subject, make it clear in the title so we don't bother the purists that want to live without smalltalk, humor, weather and anecdotes. JMO, don't read it if you don't agree.

The truck board gets really dry without some off topic stuff. Hard to draw a line on some stuff, but they seem to be doing a good job. I'm not a hunter but most around here are so I understand the relevance, all these old trucks seem to be factory equipped w/rear window gunracks also(truck reference). Wouldn't want those stolen. You could easily pick up a small safe in the back of Redryder. Put your papers in too so they are safe in a fire. Which get put out by fire trucks. See? Everything is truck related. What was that? 6 degrees of seperation?

That's an old Sears brand. I've got a few JC Higgins things including a crazy old pair of hunting shoes and my wife's got a 50's bicycle with that name. And by the way it's raining here too. It's the El Nino thing they say. I have no choice but to drive the truck. The Poncho's got crappy vacuum wipers. -David Kustoms-and-Sleds | | | | | Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 4,066 Bolter | | Bolter Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 4,066 | I would like to have one of th ose scooters(Profits site),,,,,,,,would be fun to ride out in the country...
