The left frame rail is stamped in two places with the vin number. It's the only other possibility.

| | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | if the left frame rail between cab and rad mount has a number stamped, that's the VIN - if ya clean that door post plate carefully it should show there the same cuz it was stamped in, not painted on - tho' you might be seein just the GVW plate, w/ the smaller plate that has the VIN gone
