It is the standard 2 piece type. I noticed that the forward headliner panel is not pre-drilled or pre-marked for the installation of the sun visors. Each visor mounts to a large centered hole for the pivot post assembly and three mounted screws into the metal windshield frame. Does anyone have a TIP or TECHNIQUE for accuately locating and marking the forward headliner panel before drilling. The last thing I want is to mark, drill, and mount my visors incorrectly which could result in a droop or mis-fitting headliner. It appears as though it will be a "one shot" deal, right or wrong!

This might be the hard way, but it worked for me. I bought six 1" screws that fit the sun visor holes in the roof. I cut the tops off the screws, ground a rounded point on the top of each screw, and cut (with a Dremel Tool) a slot in the top of each screw (a screw driver slot).
I then screwed them into the mounting holes, allowing them to sit "proud" (outwards) for about 1/4". The headliner was then dry-fitted into place and pressed against the screw heads. After removing the headliner, it was an easy matter of drilling the three holes on each side and placing of larger hole between the screw holes. This technique has worked fine for me (and, I have gotten three uses out of that set of "fitting" screws.

I know there has been some discussion about the templates that they send with the arm rests being way off. If you look at the sunvisors, they are rather large with a big hole in the center. Poke a hole in the big center hole on each side after mounting the front headliner part then likewise with the three screw holes on each visor. It was easy but go slow.
