For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 52 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 52 | My 64' C-10 I just aquired has a couple empty spots on the dash bezel that I am wondering what is supposed to be there. First there are 2 black knobs on the left (light & wipers) & a hole to the right of them where it looks as if a knob has been removed. There is also a blank hole to the right if the ignition switch....am I missing parts & if so what might they be? Thanks | | | | | Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 1,552 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 1,552 | Hello fellow Kansas Stovebolter! The knobs and their use from left to right are headlights, wipers, manual choke, ignition and cigarette lighter (power port for cell phone). If the cigarette lighter was not installed it should have a black plug. If you need a factory choke cable and a delete plug for the far right hole send me a personal e-mail and I can help you out. You can also find these parts at chevyduty.com, lmctruck.com or jimcarter.com. There are many aftermarket truck suppliers that sell replacement parts for '60-'66 Chevy trucks. Best of luck with your '64. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 52 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 52 | Thanks for the info Tony!!
