But the reproduction ones, which are the only ones available, do not. As you can see, they are just one long piece. You will need to cut some off. You did not ask, but if you are interested, the best way to attach them is with the smallest flat head screws you can find. The screwhead will vanish into the felt. The ones I got from Jim Carter curve up at one end; the ones I received from Chevy Duty are straight.
As Brian said, the straight ones can be easily adapted; and, screwing them one is much easier than trying to staple them.

And screwing them in is definitely the way to go! Much easier ... plus, I plan on covering my trims with vinyl when I do my interior this Spring and Summer, and with those pieces screwed in, it makes it easy enough to remove them, cover the trim, and replace them.
