My truck is a 1953 3100 converted to 12 volts. My turn signals worked fine one day and not at all the next. The brake lights and parking lights are fine. I pulled out the flasher, 3 prong, and the outer cover came off, leaving the flasher behind. I replaced the flasher and I still have no signal lights. I am thinking about a bad ground somewhere, where do I begin?

I'm assuming you have a Signal Stat 900 (or one of it's clones). Are the front turn signal lamps integrated into the parking lamp sockets or are they separately mounted on the fenders?

Rear brake/turn lamps use the same filaments, so wiring from the turn signal switch to the rear lamps are okay.

My guess is that the fuse between the "X" (see picture) terminal on the flasher and 12 volts is blown.

The parking lamps have always served as signal lights when we rewired the truck 15 years ago. The fuse is good, double checked the fuse by putting in a spare one. Everything else works fine, all the bulbs are good.

I have an old Signal-Stat 800 and sometimes I have to jiggle the handle to make my turn signals work. It might be time to upgrade to something new.

After 15 years, I wouldn't be surprised if it died. First thing to do is check that there is power to the switch.

If the switch is no longer working, ISTR that there was a thread on how to disassemble the switch and clean up the contacts. Maybe someone can find it?

No, that old switch was in my truck when I purchased it but was never used. We put a new one in.I will test out the switch.
