Try HERE They don't list anything if you search under Chevrolet Truck, but these come up under just Chevrolet. The Car and Truck enngines are the same,

texas46 - In case Kevin's Egge source is also out of stock, here's a full set on evilbay of NORS 216 0.030 OS pistons that will work for your 216 since the car and truck parts are the same, as Kevin also mentioned (see screenshot from Chevy Master Parts Book below).

If you also need piston rings, here's another evilbay ad offering a full 216 0.030 OS Piston Ring Set.
