I have put a 1960 235 truck engine in my 41 AK with stock radiator. I am looking for recommendations or suggestions for radiator hoses. Also the a radiator cap
I have a ‘59 235 in my ‘52 and use a 4lb cap. I wouldn’t go any higher with a stock radiator.

I think I got my lower hose from The Filling Station, but everywhere I looked the upper hose was unavailable. So, I ordered a Jeep Wrangler hose from Summit and cut out a straight section for my upper hose. I think I even cut it with a little bend in it. I actually screwed up the first hose by cutting it too short. When I look my second try, maybe I should have cut it another 1/2 inch longer? Oh well, it works.

Go to your local parts store and ask to look at the radiator hose selection. Find one you can cut a section out of, might even find one with different size ends. Be sure to keep the hose number in case you ever need a replacement.
