TeW 'Bolter T Joined: Aug 2024 Posts: 12 Enfield	I need some advice. I installed a new wire harness. everything seems to be ok except the horn. The horn works when the engine is not running, when the engine is running the horn does not work. Any ideas?

'57 GMC 102, Original 347 V8, HydraMatic, 3.08 rear gear, added A/C, disk front brakes, HEI, AFB carb, '98 Honda Black Currant paint. T-boned and totaled 10/12 '52 GMC 152 Stake Bed, Original 228, SM420, added A/C, HEI, disk front brakes, '67 Chev 3.55 rear gear. Gets used as a real truck.

TeW 'Bolter T Joined: Aug 2024 Posts: 12 Enfield	little more back ground...with my 37 GMC 1/2-ton truck i changed out the motor and trans to a 1946 chevy 216.5 engine and 3 speed. The harness I bought was from Classic Parts USA. The part# 52-015, (1934-39) Wiring Harness-for a Generator. I also installed a voltage regulator. The harness instructions were somewhat limited. I found a drawing online.

The one Classic Parts has for sale on their website says GENERIC DRAWING FOR WEBSITE ONLY and certainly isn't for a 36 Chevy Truck unless it had a V8 engine. Also has way too many circuits.
