Does anyone have a source for a speedo cable for T5 to a stock mechanical gauge in my 54 Chevy truck?

Mike - Need more info on what T5 transmission you have. Does it have the standard mechanical speedo drive or the later electronic sensor unit?

Clarification on my T5 original question.

Does anyone have a source for an electronic speedo cable for T5 to a stock mechanical gauge in my 216, 52 Chevy truck?

going from a electronic output to a mechanical one requires a converter with a motor etc. Search up Speedhut Speedbox and you will have several options.
not going to be cheap. I would also look around at review.s It works and works well for most. Some folks complain of the sound when mounted under dash etc.
Other option is restomod dash that takes electronic or gps feeds.

Another option would be to swap on a tail housing from a mechanical speedometer S10 T5, and swap the gear on the output shaft, then add the drive gear, driven gear and bullet required to spin the cable. At one point there was someone on eBay either selling the tail housing, or selling the service of machining the electronic tail housing for mechanical speedometer use.
