I have a very nice stock 1954 4400. What is the best was to go on a new radiator? I was quoted $1200 for a recore. A new 3 row copper/Brass is $649 from Chevy of the 40's. Or there is the aluminum 3 row that is all over the internet in the $300 range. I would appreciate your opinions. Thx, Roger

What is the rest of the truck like?

Is in an all original time capsule? Fully restored? If so, buy the new original style or pay for the recore.

If it were me, I'd buy the copper / brass one for $650.

Roger - Since your question relates to a "Big Bolt" truck, I think it will get better conversation and answers in the Big Bolts Forum, so your post has been moved there for the best on-topic help. Other "Big Bolters" should be along soon to offer suggestions. wink
