I wanna purchase a new gas tank and mount it in the rear of the truck. My question is, will the mechanical fuel pump be able to move the fuel from the rear end of my truck to the engine? Or will I have to go with an electric fuel pump

My Cadillac fuel pump sits on top of the engine and has to pump the fuel through over 15 feet of fuel line.

Also went with 8an fuel lines. One all the way to the carb. Never a problem.
