Sorry I cant help you on finding new studs, but wanted to inform you that the original studs are pressed in so you may not want to drill. Replacement hubs may be hard to source so proceed with care!
You should be able to use the dimension data to search and find a suitable stud. Good luck with your search.

Just a question. Why do you need to have 10 lug front hubs?

I'd suggest finding a stud with the right thread and length, and a slightly larger swage knurl, and drill/ream all the holes in the hub to match the stud. Jerry

I found them. Dorman number is 610-303.1 Autozone has them. After you install you need to put a nut on and cut them down and then remove nut to chase the threads.
