Does anyone make a stencil kit for the 1954 and 1955 Series 1 trucks dashes? I can find them up to 1953 but no luck for 54 & 55 series 1. I want to paint the dash with a different color for the lettering. The lettering would simplify the process.
A half hour web search came back with no known products to fill this need. Sorry Perhaps another Bolter has done this and can help out???

My daughter made, what I believe, are vinyl stick-on letters for my '55.1. Currently my dash is black with rust and I want to paint it cream or eggshell white. So she made the letters in turquoise. If that's what you're looking for, let me know and I'll put you two in touch with each other.

It sounds like a good opportunity for your daughter to open a small business. Could you ask her for a quote? Color is irrelevant as they would be painted over and then removed. Thank you.

I am interested in this as well. My plan had been to scale down the tailgate letter file that someone had made a file of years ago and hope the style was correct. A proven to fit letter would be much better.

I have ordered one from S2 's daughter. I mailed her a check on June 4 and it arrived today. Only 7 days to go from NW Georgia to Kentucky. Snail Mail for sure.
I checked the stencil out and the letters look great. I ordered temporary vinyl as I plan to paint the dash letters and cover them, paint the dash, then remove the stencil letters. Nicole has both types of vinyl.

I received mine in today's mail. I am very pleased and look forward to the dash painting process now. A genuine pleasure to deal with. I posted pictures of mine along with pictures I had sent to her showing my dash letters individually with a tape measure for reference on a couple of FB sites that focus on 54-55.1 and got an e-mail that she is already getting interest in them.
