I know that Bombay Ivory was also an exterior color starting in 1954, based on Tim Lederman's Tech Tip.[on edit] If you have a sample of the interior that's removable, take that to an automotive paint store and see if they can match it for you, either from paint chip books or with their computer matching service.

Most likely an easy color match.
