I'm trying to match the original off-white creme color of the outer rim and two stripes on the wheel center. Searched for a paint code but I can not find anything that drills it down specifically to wheels.
These are on a '48 Chevrolet 3800 Thanks in advance

Per the GM Heritage Center 1948 Chevrolet Truck Data PDF, your wheel stripe color was DUCO Cream Medium. Extracts below from the PDF show the color selections and stripe patterns for your 1948 3800.

Courtesy of my grandson I found myself in need of a door and fender for my '87 Toyota P/U. While at the paint store I asked them to look up a code for Duco Cream Medium while they were mixing Toyota Cream 557 for the '87. When the mixing was done we compared it to the old Dupont Cream color chip. The two are identical! Anyone looking for wheel paint as mentioned in this thread has this option. The Toyota Cream 557 (some Mfg. call it Light Yellow) was used throughout the 80s and early 90s
