I can figure out the upper hose since I can use the thermostat top from the 216 engine and they'll be the same size at both ends (1 1/4 inch). I've done some searching and I see some posts asking about a part number for a lower radiator hose that goes from 1 1/2 inch (lower radiator) to 2 inch at the water pump. Lots of suggestions on how to make a hose work, but I never see a part number or vendor that sells a ready made solution to make my life easier for this situation. Does anyone know of a ready made hose that would be plug-n-play?
Not sure I'm going to use my old radiator, but would look for a radiator that would look and fit as stock. Thanks for any help.

If properly done and clamped, it should be leak free.

I'm sure you can find a 1 1/2" x 2" one with an actual diligent search. You might try going to Gates or Dayco websites. Maybe they list all their products.
I found a silicone radiator hose reducer, 2" to 1 1/2" by Pegasus Racing. Part # SR51.38

And if you don't have a 216 thermostat housing handy they have an upper hose with the larger end (ME608).
