Woog - I'll say a BIG WHEW along with you!!! So glad your truck didn't suffer the fate my neighbors truck and his wife's Hummer H3 suffered. Both required new hoods, windshields and assorted other bits/pieces replaced or repaired after their big oak tree dropped a large branch across both of them in his driveway next door.
Glad it as an easy fix and your truck dodged that bullet. Keep warm your self and keep on Bolting!

In the words of an infamous ex-president- - - - -"Ah feel yore pain!" My experience was not so fortunate. The 1972 C-10 I inherited from my late father in law got a whole tree across the cab- - - -mangled the roof, windshield frame, and one door. I'm debating on whether to attempt to repair it, or just find a donor cab to graft onto it. Probably the latter, since it's a southern Illinois vehicle and the rust termites have been pretty active!
