Can anyone enlighten me on where to get my hands on such anti-squeak fasteners or perhaps an alternative for insulating the metal-to-metal contact of inner fender to footboard. Thanks

They're just metal and are what hold the inner/outer fenders together plus the fenders to the cab, etc. with the sponge rubber anti-squeak material sandwiched between them that was mentioned as part of the Jim Carter Kit FP119 in your related thread. The foam rubber material is what prevents the metal to metal contact and the associated squeaks between the parts. Hope this is helpful.
