In the FAM, Section 11, Sheet 10.00, they describe an anti-squeak fastener to be used to anchor the bolts that hold the passenger side inner fender to the foot board. Can anyone enlighten me on where to get my hands on such anti-squeak fasteners or perhaps an alternative for insulating the metal-to-metal contact of inner fender to footboard. Thanks

Gib70 - The fasteners noted in your FAM reference are not anti-squeak themselves. They're just metal and are what hold the inner/outer fenders together plus the fenders to the cab, etc. with the sponge rubber anti-squeak material sandwiched between them that was mentioned as part of the Jim Carter Kit FP119 in your related thread.

The foam rubber material is what prevents the metal to metal contact and the associated squeaks between the parts. Hope this is helpful. smile

Many thanks, Dan... I have been cutting my inner fenders (as little as possible) to accommodate an IFS. I THINK I have the kit FP119 in my stock... will check it out in the next few days.

Not sure what "fastener" the manual is referring to, but your anti-squeak kit will have some felt paper cut to size with holes that match up with the inner fender flange which bolts to the cab.
