I see that Grammarly is a cloud-based AI "founded in Ukraine and headquartered in San Francisco" (should tell you a lot right there ...) ... You're trying to download a new version of it to install on your machine and it won't download from the cloud? How old is your operating system? When was the last time you updated *that* ?
Do they have a means of contacting Customer Service? That's where I would start.

Usually, there are no responses which tells me that you are the only one on the Stovebolt Page that uses this software. My guess is that people are using the built-in grammar checkers found in MS Office or LibreOffice, if they use a grammar checker at all.
If nobody here has experience with the product, how can they help you?
