The first valve adjustment was after the third run. Each run was 30 minutes. I posted my findings. There were some large gaps in the intake. #6,#4 and #1 were high. #5 was .002”. #2 was right on the money. The exhaust side numbers were close to the shop manual numbers of possibilities.
New cam and lifters, or used ones? It's possible some of the initial adjustments were done with the cam slightly out of position on some cylinders.
