What year 235 are engine parts ready available. Rebuilding an old 1954 235 has become quite difficult. cry

PM Hotrod Lincoln, he can explain how to modify the block and main caps to enable using 1955 and up mains , which are available. I could try to explain the proceedure but I'd rather you contact Jerry and get it straight from him.......

There's also a way to modify the block and the crankshaft to use main bearings for a small block 400 V8, but it involves machine work that most shops are unwilling to attempt.
