I have a mustang II front clip on my GMC COE, i have coilover shocks, but the front is so floaty, I
have 600lb springs, but the with weight of the cab, and engine right over the axle, i think
i need way stronger springs, i have seen elsewhere someone saying he used 900lb springs
anyone here knowledgable on what i should do?

I would second the question above about how much weight the MII kit you have is rated for. Wouldn't it be better to start out with a bolt-in front crossmember, springs, and upper and lower control arms from a mid-1980s C20 or something similar? At least you'll have a suspension system designed for an almost full grown truck- - - -not a subcompact car. The spindles, hubs, and brakes will also be designed for truck use, not for some girly car.
