Two-ton big bolt bought as a project truck in 2017. Tore it down to a bare frame, sand blasted everything, epoxy primer, epoxy paint, looks real good. Truck has a 1954 261 Jobmaster, now bored out to 0.080 over with crank at -0.040. New everything, runs strong. After years of not touching it, it’s back in the center line of my home shop. All new wiring is done, dash and gauges are now in, new fuel tank, seat rebuilt. Every component on the truck is now rebuilt or replaced. Still need to get the windows in and work on the 13’ Anthony lift grain bed. But I have a piece left over! Can anybody help identify this piece? The two speed rear end vacuum shift linkages have the same stamped logo, “JMP”. This piece was coated in thick road grime so it’s an external part.
And I’m missing one of the “6400” labels that goes on the hood corner right side. I found a larger version but it’s not right. The correct one is only 3.5” x 1”. Anybody know of one?
Your oval sheet metal plate is the Parking Brake Handle Seal Plate. It rest on top of the hand brake lever fulcrum pin and holds the foam seal tight to the underside of the floorboard.

Upstream, I've deleted your duplicate post from "Name that Part" and moved Mike B's response here. Posting the same thing in two different forums is frowned upon and fractures responses. It's best to keep your questions in the same thread. Also if you're asking for a specific part, post that (and only that) in the Swap Meet forums. That hood badge you found is a '53-54 style. Maybe someone is in need of one and can swap with you for the one that you need.

Mike B, I’m not seeing how this plate fits onto the parking brake on this 6400 series truck. The floor pan is flat around the parking brake handle and the pivot point is several inches below the floor with the ratcheting pawl further below that. And the plate has no holes drilled in it to secure the mounting. See pics.
The plate sits down on the lever fulcrum pin, then the thick hard foam seal sits on top of the plate and the floor board squeezes it down sealing the hole in the floor. Your missing the actual foam seal that goes between the plate and the floor...
