Mike B, I’m not seeing how this plate fits onto the parking brake on this 6400 series truck. The floor pan is flat around the parking brake handle and the pivot point is several inches below the floor with the ratcheting pawl further below that. And the plate has no holes drilled in it to secure the mounting. See pics.
