I know that it's hard (sometimes impossible  ) to find, but see if there's a support phone number and call them and have them walk you through obtaining access.

I had a photobucket and when they up the price I quit paying and was blocked. Then a few months ago I paid for one month and was able to capture most of my lost photos.
