Then I have to use my email address and use a special code they send me to get back on.

Can you tell us what device, operating system and browser you are using? Also, does this happen after a certain amount of time or after the computer is woken up or if you are automatically logged out? Need more info!
Logging on to the stovebolt site is simple. There are no codes sent to your email or phone like the banks and other high security sites.

It might happen every 3 or 4 weeks. I come to this site, and it wants me to register or sign in. When I try to sign in it tells me to enter my e/mail address and they'll send me a special code to sign in. When I sign in with that code, I'm good for a few more weeks. Maybe I'm remembering my sign in name wrong or my password code wrong. Hope this makes sense. Any other time I click on the site it comes up OK. and away I go.

Like Gord said, Stovebolt doesn't have 2-factor authentication. | | | | Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 4,109 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 4,109 | I never have gotten a code but I have to sign periodically.

But all I have to do is log back in using my password. That being said at least 1-2 times a year I have to do what 55shaker says they do, ask for a pass code to log in and then I’m asked to reset my password᠁joe
