I only made one and that was for my Suburban. I had a few people interested in me making some for them, but I wasn't interested in that. I didn't want to remove mine to make patterns. Plus, they were interested in only profiting from my work without doing any work of their own. They eventually figured it out and started making kits. I think the end result is what you see linked above. Someone already making ABS panels added it to their list of kits. But, I still haven't seen anyone make side panels or panels for the rear doors. My job starts near the bottom of this page: http://www.bunchobikes.com/1952suburban4a.htm
I have a tech tip for headliner. Task Force Panel and Suburbans. May be useful for AD and others. Click This is a very old Tech tip. Was lost, but now found. Prices are maybe 8-10 years old.

I went to a local upholstery shop and told them the design I wanted and they did a wonderful job of it.BTW it is vinal and isolated above with the Chevy logo imposed on it.

There are kits available from the regular vendors for the original style cardboard, but only have the first 2 pieces. I got a headliner from Classic Parts. The first piece was short on the edges and left a gap over the door opening. Here is a picture without the trim in place, it looks less bad with the trim, but it is still bad. My truck is a ’47 so may be different from later years. The headliner in the cargo area looks like canvas that is painted grey. It was installed as one piece between the ribs and the roof, so I don’t know how it could be replaced without removing the roof, or the ribs. The original cargo area walls had cardboard that was grey and had a rhino texture. I used Grey Tolex glued to Cowl Board.
I’m a cheap a$$ and used that silver stuff in my Grumman. But I’m not going for points and it works for me.
You guys do nice work!
