But fear of exposing my computer to the world I do not share. It is an Android and the photos are stored in Google Photos. Is there another way to store them???

I use Post Image and have zero drawback. Can post ANYWHERE including on the Spoon. I have had people say that it sometimes includes shapely girls not clothed for cold weather but doesn't bother or even excite me. Free of course. Your photo is NOT stored but rather used on demand.

What happens is that the photo you upload using the attachment manager is transmitted to Stovebolt's servers and then displayed. The metadata stored in the photo (like location of where the photo was taken, what camera was used, etc.) is not even accessible on here. It gets stripped off in both directions (I downloaded a photo I posted here a while back to check that.)
You can safely upload pictures directly from your computer.

I tried to reset my privacy settings, I even copied the instructions but they led me know where.  If I copy and paste one photo and you click on it all my photos appear.
