When my daughter used my truck for family Christmas pictures the photographer took a picture of my engine along with a few other truck pictures to show her husband. This is a picture that she took. I thought it was quite good and I would share it.
Really nice. I look at a lot of classic vehicle photos and most must spend all the money on the body of the vehicle and not any on the appearance of the engine compartment. It makes you think about what else was neglected in the restoration.

It might be a good idea to research the airflow those air cleaners are rated for. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that they're a bit under capacity for a 235 engine, especially at highway cruise speed. I run one approximately that size on my Harley, and it's OK for an 80 cubic inch engine. It might be wise to consider using filters that are a little taller, and/or larger diameter on the engine in the photo. Just a suggestion. Jerry

My carb set up came from Tom Langdon. They are 6” diameter and have the same circumference as one 12’ air filter. They are taller than most paper filters that are bigger in diameter. I think the 4” would be small from speedway.
The bottom plate was made to fit the Weber carbs perfectly. I would call him and see if they are still available if you need this air cleaner. Tom is semi retired and 12 bolt .com took over some of his business.
