Due to its location, moisture has run down the bar and frozen the bolt with rust. I have soaked the bolt with PB Barnum oil, used heat from a mini torch and still no movement. Access makes this a tricky job. My socket (1/2 inch ) pops off when I apply torque as the sheet metal support inside the door is flexy compared to the frozen bolt. Anyone out there that can offer a suggestion I`m ALL ears!

I don't know if the Dewalt 1/4 inch impact driver I have will fit thru the opening, but that might get it loose by alternating tightening a touch and then loosening with the impact driver.
