I`ve been trying to remove the rusted bolt that secures the window divider bar inside the door on my 53 3100 PU. Due to its location, moisture has run down the bar and frozen the bolt with rust. I have soaked the bolt with PB Barnum oil, used heat from a mini torch and still no movement. Access makes this a tricky job. My socket (1/2 inch ) pops off when I apply torque as the sheet metal support inside the door is flexy compared to the frozen bolt. Anyone out there that can offer a suggestion I`m ALL ears!

I would keep trying heat and soaking with penetrating oil. I don't know if the Dewalt 1/4 inch impact driver I have will fit thru the opening, but that might get it loose by alternating tightening a touch and then loosening with the impact driver.

If you're smart enough to take it apart, you darn well better be smart enough to put it back together.
