Are you looking for something that will fill the original radio opening on the dash? Check out LMC. They had some a while back. There is a company that makes modern radios that fit popular car models. You'll have to do a search.
In my opinion you're better off using your phone with portable blue tooth speakers placed on the seat or wherever. You can also install pernmanent bluetooth speakers which will give superior sound and can be used with your phone or anyone else's.
Some have ports for your thumb drive.

Be aware that there have been a few posts about them failing after a year or two. I adopted a failed one and was able to fix it by cleaning up the poor quality solder work. Your experience may vary.
I've been thinking about a radio for my Task Force that would fit the original opening. I don't think I would be able to listen while driving, the truck is very noisy with the high RPM, but it would be nice to fill the dash hole. I said dash hole!

The roar of the engine, the whine of the transmission, the wind in my face (from the holes in the floor), all music to my ears. The custom auto sound series is at least affordable.

I`ve had a retrosound in my black 58 for 4 years now. No problems. This new one for Apaches seems to have too many functions I`ll never use.(no phone) But it sounds great!!. Fills the panel truck with sound. Radio and USB will hold all I can listen to. I am a simple man. I dig the sound of the engine , but once I know all thats good, its time to ROCK-N-ROLL down the road.

This is what I have in the wings to hopefully install this winter on my AD. https://www.classiccarstereos.com/1947-53-chevy-truck-radio-oe-replica.html?rrec=true 45 watts per ch X 4, am/fm, blue tooth and usb. I ordered it 2 years ago and it took 6+ months to get, being was in the Covid no-manufacture zone. It has doubled in price(WOW). I paid $350 + $60 for the dual coil dash speaker. I hope it still works, being it's a bit past the warrantee.

Just a note to say your conversation really belongs in the best on-topic forum The Radio Bench for continued conversation and sharing of info so I've moved it there.
I also added a bit to your thread title to help folks give their best info on your question.
Sorry I didn't catch this sooner, but as we all know sometimes life gets in the way.
Best Regards!

For almost 2 years I've been working on a radio for the AD trucks that will (a) work on either 6v, 8v or 12v automatically (b) include MP3 capability using either a tf card or a USB stick (c) include the ability to answer the phone using bluetooth (d) use very little power (e) have plenty of volume (f) play FM and use a common antenna connection (g) fit in with the general look of the AD dashboard and (h) be affordable. The electronic work is mostly done...only a little work on the amplifier section remains. The unit will provide a total of 80 watts power (40 watts per channel-right/left) and will look like the one below...except the unit will be set into a recess (this prototype sits on top of the piece and I don't like it as much). The fiberglass piece will be paintable to match your dash color. Soon...and hopefully before the end of the year I hope to have finished the mold for the fiberglass inset piece and the two mounting bolts.
