The 1969 data showed only 4-wheel drive as standard equipment for the K-5 Blazer (no 2-wheel drive at least according to 1969 Chevy K5 Blazer data. I didn't check beyond the 1970 model year, but think this at least answers your question. Yes???

Kind of weird, IMO. There was never a C20 or K20 (3/4 ton) Blazer, though. The driveline was shared by the C10 and K10 pickups, only with shorter driveshafts. I had a 72 K10 pickup that had a bent rear axle housing and I got a replacement from a 4WD Blazer.
