Should be the same for your 54.

Can't find the pressure plate specs in there though.

I'll go with 60 on the flywheel and 35 on the clutch.. 5 lb shouldn't be that big a factor..
I have a 54 1st shop manual and I couldn't find any torque specs for these.. they are usually listed on the last page of each section but weren't in the clutch section..
