I picked up this Klaxon Klaxet horn this afternoon. Oval shaped bell.

Paid $20 for it so I think it's a good deal.

Any good reference material or websites out there for restoration?

Also trying to see this is a 6 or 12 V. Thanks

Since it has a patent pending date of 1905, I'd guess it works on 6v.

6v horns will work fine a 12v system. They're usually a lot louder when used on 12v.

I've been using 6v horns on my 12v truck for years. Though I don't use them very often, they are VERY loud. thumbs_up

Julio I have a horn just like that ,pretty sure they are 6 volt,touch 12 volt to it will scare you !!
