Tuts 59, come on down. You won’t be disappointed I’m sure and you’ll probably come back. This is my 5th year. Let me know if you decide to come. Your state had 226 come this year. I have more pictures to post. I’ll post next year when it gets closer. But in the meantime if you have questions let me know?
Donald, you are getting some really good photos here!
Today is the last day, eh? Will there be some carryover? How far do you have to go to get home?
Thanks for all these images!!
I do have more to post and I 👀 for others good posts. Oh, no I am kind of in the middle of it. The white sand beach is 26 miles long. The whole week I probably took my truck 200 miles. I went to the swap meet and the car corral in the wife’s car.

Last night, John mentioned going next year. Looking at your map, we could organize caravans going that way. May be nice for some folks to be near a beautiful beach. We'll need to find a place to camp for some of us.
The coast has a lot to offer. And this event has a lot of Bolts (and others) to see.
This reminds me of how the Kansas City Reunion started out. You've definitely got our attention.

Well I’m here to help, if you are talking about camping they just about a week ago built and opened a brand new KOA campground here in Gulfport which would probably need to make reservations asap or hotels that most will let you cancel. There are some other campgrounds right on the highway by the beach. The rest you would have a lot of more time to do. Honestly Gulfport is kind of centrally located among the whole Cruisin week. I did delete the Live Bay St Louis feed since it was no longer active.
Here is a short post of someone who came to Cruisin for the first time this year and enjoyed themselves. They like the fact that you could do what ever you wanted during this time. On the Cruisin the Coast Facebook page a lot of people are saying the same thing.
Now this is kind of neat. We were gone eating lunch and this guy was taking some video. At about 3:20 min into his video he walked up on my truck. Nice compliments!!! ðŸ‘
For those who like burn outs( not my cup of tea after the first few). Cruisin has both a flame throwing and a burn out contest during Cruisin. At about 7 min in this video is a 50’s Chevy with a lot of HP.
Yea, we all talk like that down here 🤣🤣. In my job I used to deal with a lady up at Bath Iron Works and she would go on and on how she loved to listen to that southern drawl.

I liked that. Was saaweeet to hear the accents, too. I think the fellow liked your truck!
Oh, I know. I had to interpret for John sometimes when the girls were talking to him. Didn't take him too long. He had a little *exposure* when at school in Alabama and then when he was stationed in Pensacola FL.
BTW, his parents worked for Bath Iron Works ... in Maine.

Small world when you really think about it. I never got to go to BIW for a visit. They always came down to see us, probably because it was warmer. Ha ha The company I work for supplies metal navy furniture for the defense industry. That’s the metal working skills that prepped me to do all the cutting and welding on my Stovebolt to bring it back.
Achipmunk, glad you enjoy them I only have a few more to post. I hope it gives fellow stovebolters ideas about paint colors, interiors wheels or some part of their project. Who knows maybe even make a trip down to the coast to see what they are missing. 🤔
This video is from Moss Point(the north side of Pascagoula). This is a nice area to the eastern side of Cruisin and Bay St Louis/Waveland is the western side.
