I haven't gotten this far yet. It just crossed my mind. Is the sprash apron on a 53 2-ton the same as on other trucks? I was looking through vendor catalogs and came across the aprons and they offer them up to 1-ton.

No, the aprons on the big bolts are BIGGER, and are hard to find in good condition.
