I'm a new LCF owner here in Phoenix, Arizona. My 1959 Viking 50 was a grain truck with a dump bed. Unfortunately the previous owner removed all of the goodies and bobbed the frame. Now I have to source a new rolling dually chassis. I'm anxious to get the project rolling.

Welcome to the Stovebolt wave

Nice truck!

Why do you need a new chassis? If you're looking for a longer wheel base you can undo what the PO did and stretch it back out...

Welcome to the site.

You might like to look at some of the 1959's big trucks in the main Stovebolt Gallery. There are some nice trucks in there and some neat stories you may enjoy.

I'm sure the gang in here will be able to help if you has questions.

Nice truck, not sure how the SWB would be to drive but personally I like the look.

I agree it looks pretty cool, I would make a pickup bed for it. It would really super cool.

Great looking truck! Love to drop by and see it!
I am in Mesa, AZ soon to be new owner of a 1950 Chevrolet COE.
