What part number should I seek out? Would I be better off to just change out the spindle and the whole works at the king pin, thereby upgrading the brakes to bendix? What would I be looking for in that case? | | | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 | Hy dazysnow, I would look for a whole front axle assembly from the same size truck but 53 or newer, that way you could checkout/rebuild the whole thing and then install it. You should also look for the newer pitman arm from the steering box so you can use all the newer style tierod/draglink ends, hope that helps. | | |
