Are these bars about one inch tall each, 1/8 inch wide about a 1/2 inch apart? It kind of looks like the # 11?

My old 235 (casting # 3701481 in front of the fuel pump!) also has the captain bars! I measured the bore to confirm it's a 235. It's a full-pressure 235 and had hydraulic lifters. Folks say it came from a '53 car with Power Glide. 1948 3/4-Ton 5-Window Flatbed Chevrolet 34 Years. Now with a '61 261, 848 head, Rochester Monojet carb, SM420 4-speed, 4.10 rear, dual reservoir MC, Bendix up front, 235/85R16 tires, 12-volt w/alternator, electric wipers and a modern radio in the glove box.
