The inside diameter of the bushings fits the threaded pins of the shackle fine but the outside diameter is too small to fit snug in the outer arms of the shackles and are sloppy. They tighten up when you tighten the outer plate down on them but that’s just the side-to-side compression.
For those of you who have rebuilt your shackles, is this common or maybe this supplier just has the wrong bushings? The original bushings were a tight fit in the outer arms of the shackles but the shoulders are in bad shape so I can’t re-use them.
Any insight is appreciated.

I do not have the measurement of the bushings I rec'd but I recall that they required some (not a lot) of effort to get them into the outer arms and similar effort to get the threaded pins pushed through the ID. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2018 Posts: 111 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2018 Posts: 111 | From memory they slid in but needed to be coaxed a little. They were snug. I certainly don' recall them being loose. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 57 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 57 | Thanks for the response guys.
The package mine came in said "Made in Taiwan" so I shouldn't be surprised there' are fitment issues. I see Jim Carter's site says theirs are made in USA so I'm hoping they will be tighter like yours were.
