So I am looking to replace the glass in the side windows of my 50 half ton but the channels themselves and the bottom channel are not in the best condition. The cost of buying a whole new window glass and frame is a bit pricey and would prefer to refurb these. Any recommendations on how to overhaul these window frames?

Thanks

Use wire brush wheel on your power drill to clean up metal.
Order a set of new rollers from Classic Parts.
IF you change glass, use silicone to adhere it to channel. Don't bother with the "ribbon" that's supposed to hold it.
Good luck.
