It's a 66 C60,dump (I think)I haven't gotten it home yet. A buddy heard about my new truck and offered me a fresh rebuilt 283 out of a 60's? Owens cabin cruiser, single screw. A trade, of yet to be determined value, if this can be of good use.

Often when two engines are used in one boat they turn opposite dirrections. On a lot of the marine engines, we drilled the boss specified by the boatbuilder. The alternator, heads, waterpump, distributor were marine usage only.
The waterpump drew lake water threw the heads which cooled the engine. The exhaust manifolds were different also.
In my experience, it is not worth the cost to convert a marine engine to a radiator engine and vice versa.
