Hey everyone! so, I was not planning on making another post however we had someone come over and showed us where the engine cast code was (Under a lot of paint and dirt) The first half of it is fully missing, but the second half is V0330TND if anyone knows what (mainly that TND part) means, I would love to find out!
V= Flint MI plant 03= March 30= 30th day TND = '92 350 originally installed in 2wd/4wd 1/2 and 3/4 ton trucks
You can further confirm by finding block and head casting numbers and checking the web if you need to.

Thanks for the info! This might be me beinf dumb but wouldnt that engine have more modern features? Our still has a manual fuel pump, no sensors other than the temperature sensor, v belts things like that. Just curious thanks again!
You are correct, would probably "originally" have had all the '92 era gobble-de-gook - before it got transplanted.
A snippet from another source that I found had this info: TND= '92 truck, 350, 210hp, manual tranny, TBI, 10 and 20 series C/K L-05 RPO code
(TBI being throttle body injection)
All that stuff most likely removed and discarded. Basically a 350 long-block transplanted into your '72, with '72 era fuel pump, etc. installed to replace the newer stuff removed.
Hope this helps answer your question???
