Are you guys using a gasket or anything else for the top grill bar? My top grill bar touches the fender and I’m wondering if it’s going to wear through the paint over time. I tried to put some black sticky rubber under it but it looked pretty bad.

Like all aftermarket metal parts, you need to modify those to avoid contact. That top bar can be moved around more easily than the ones below it. If loosening the fasteners doesn't work, you can make the screw hole bigger to allow more range of movement. If that doesn't solve it, you can bend the bar out away from the painted surface.

Probably couldn't hurt if you put some thin material in there. But, how long will it last?
