'47 GMC 1 ton w/ 302, NP-540, 4wd, full width Blazer front axle.
'54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed.
'55 GMC 370 w/270, 420 4 speed, grain, dump bed truck from ND. Works OK.

Original equipment wheel studs were 7/16-20. and would be torqued to 55-60 ft/lbs. A 12/-20 stud which is common on later model vehicles would get 90-100 ft/lbs. These are general rule of thumb specifications. Special circumstances like alloy wheels and different lengths of thread engagement on specialty lug nuts also should be considered.
